Old 18th century farmhouse renovated into 2 adjoining gîtes, surrounded by fields, next to the owners and another gîte. Shared unfenced land of 4000 m² adjoining an orchard, private terrace.
Shared pétanque ground, swing, slide, ping-pong table and badminton. Ground floor: living room (insert fireplace) with American kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 90x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds, 3: 140x190 bed with private shower room). Equipment included: freezer, TV (foreign channels), DVD player, Hifi system, complete baby equipment, Wifi (fiber), electric car charging point (with supplement). Included: electric heating, sheets (beds made), household linen. Not included: towels, tourist tax, wood.
Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€65). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 86.21 € per stay . Napkins : 5.39 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
