Very cosy and well decorated flat on the ground floor of a small building in a quiet neighborhood just outside Evian centre.
The town centre is a 20 minute walk away. The main room consists of a completely renovated open kitchen (washing machine, iron, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine), a dining table and a lounge area with a sofa-bed and TV. The lounge area (which has a lake facing window) can be closed off by a sliding partition to turn it into a bedroom for a bit more privacy. This main room opens onto a large terrace (with outside furniture : large table and chairs) and garden. The bedroom is South facing and has lots of storage space and a double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub and sink.
WC is separate. 2 parking spaces are reserved for this flat in the outdoor carpark, just opposite the front door. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Baby kit : 30.0 € Per stay . HOME LINEN KITS : 25.0 € Per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Evian, a famous destination in the Haute Savoie known for its thermal baths, and its location between lake Geneva and the Alps. All year round one can find spa treatments, boat rides to Switzerland, beautiful museum exhibits and game nights at the Casino. End of stay cleaning, towels and sheets are not included in the reservation : Sheets : 15€ per bed Towels : 6€ per person End of Stay cleaning : 65€ Extra fees can be applied for late arrivals (after 6 pm.)

Emplacement au top : proximité Evian, vue sur lac et jardin bien entretenu (couchers de soleil 😊). Confort total : équipements au top (cuisine), douche à l'italienne superbe, mobilier de jardin de qualité.
Propreté. Malgré météo quasi caniculaire, fraîcheur dans l'appartement.
