Résidence Le Rêve, in the heart of downtown La Tranche-sur-Mer, is a 3-star tourist residence located on the seafront of the main beach.
It offers direct beach access, an outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open and heated from the beginning of May until the third week of September), secure private parking, and a coin-operated laundry room (washing machine/dryer). 56m² apartment for 2 to 6 people, 1st floor, facing the sea, Entrance with storage, One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and dressing room (window with sea view), One bedroom with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined to make a queen-size bed (160cm) and dressing room, Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel warmer, Separate WC, Storage cupboard with cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, mop, broom), Open-plan fitted kitchen (multi-function microwave, fridge/freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), Living/dining room with central island, sofa bed (140cm), flat-screen TV, Garden-level balcony with sofa, deck chair, table and chairs.
A private parking space is available (please note, no visitor parking!), Low-speed communal Wi-Fi access, Pets are allowed in the accommodations, provided they are respected.
Pets must not be allowed to roam freely in the gardens.
Baby equipment is available upon request and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants are 50m away, a fitness center is 700m away, and the Presqu'île golf course is 13km away.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants.

Nouveau séjour et toujours aussi satisfait. L'appartement est très bien situé.
La période de novembre permet de profiter du calme.
Il reste les restaurants ouverts pour l'hiver. Donc il ne faut pas trop trainer question horaires d'ouverture.

Cependant le bien est loué avec un accès à la piscine collective . Cette dernière a été fermée le lendemain de notre arrivée
La promesse vis à vis de notre contrat de location n’a donc pas été totalement respectée. Un vrai manque
