Old stable renovated with taste and modernity (exposed stones and beams) located in the countryside, 40 km from Nantes and 35 km from Châteaubriant, and close to the owners' farm (dairy cows).
Enclosed wooded garden of 1100 m² (swing, badminton).
Ground floor: large living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms accessible to PRM with private shower room/wc (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 140x190 bed + 2 bunk beds 90x190) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 spacious bedroom (160x200 bed), children's corner with 90x190 bunk beds, bathroom/wc.
Additional equipment: Wifi, DVD player, radio, freezer compartment, complete baby equipment.
Included: gas heating, electricity and sheets.
Not included: towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (€90).
No pets allowed.

L'espace salon manque un peu de confort.
Manque d'un bon canapé mais c'est vraiment pour trouver un petit défaut.
Gite très bien rénové et très bien équipé. Chambre spacieuse. Très bonne literie. La pièce à vivre est très agréable
