Charming early 20th-century house, located in a quiet area in the heart of the village, close to all shops.
Access to the house is via three steps.
A large terrace overlooks the enclosed garden, full of flowers and trees (600 m²). Eight bicycles, a ping-pong table, and children's games are available. Ground floor: living room, dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms (one with two single beds 90x200 cm, the other with a double bed 180x200 cm), shower room, and separate WC. First floor: three bedrooms, two with dressing rooms (one with two single beds 90x200 cm, the other with three single beds 90x200 cm, the third with a double bed 180x200 cm), shower room, and separate WC. Included amenities: baby equipment, freezer, radio/CD player, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV (USB port + foreign channels), DVD player, cleaning kit (paper towels, toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap, sponges, etc.). Not included: gas heating (€20/day), electricity, and tourist tax. Included: bed linen, towels/household linen. Public parking 50 m away. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 161.64 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Très belle maison, chaleureuse pour un week end entre amis. Avec une grande terrasse pour déjeuner dehors et un charmant jardin au calme. Idéalement située dans le centre de bouvron où se trouve une supérette. Non loin du golf de Savenay.

Très bon séjour, si vous souhaitez louer se logement renseigner vous bien les frais de ménages et de ménage sont en supplément (voir dans le descriptif).
