Nestled in the pool building, just steps from the château, this charming studio of approximately 27 m² welcomes you for a stay of up to four people.
It opens onto a pleasant 8 m² terrace offering a beautiful, unobstructed view of the valley. Layout Upon entering, you will discover a cozy sleeping area with a double bed (140 cm), as well as a living and kitchen area. Living Area & Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric cooktop, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, kettle, and toaster—everything you need to cook with ease. The living area features a sofa bed (140 cm) and a television. Bathroom It includes a bathtub and toilet. Additional Services Double bed linen rental: €16 Single bed linen rental: €8 Towel kit: €4 per person Wellness Area During your stay, you can enjoy free access to the aquatic area: a heated indoor pool and a hammam are available, along with changing rooms, restrooms, and showers, for moments of complete relaxation. Breakfast If you would like breakfast, pastries can be ordered the day before at reception and collected the next morning at the front desk. (Please note that table service is no longer available.) Parking Outdoor parking is available. Practical Information Pets are welcome (supplement of €5 per night per pet). Located in Jausiers, in the Ubaye valley, the Résidence Château des Magnans is composed of a castle (with only 10 apartments) and 3 annex buildings (studio and T3 duplex accommodations). The residence has an indoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. All apartments in the annex buildings have a terrace or balcony.

Rien pour nettoyer l’appartement, pas d’aspirateur, juste un vieux balai en fin de vie
Le lieu, superbe, l’accueil sympa par des jeunes tres sympa, la piscine et le jacuzzi
Séjour très agréable dans ce studio propre et bien situé, malgré une literie peu confortable à notre goût

Localisation, calme et propreté. La piscine dans la résidence et l’accueil du personnel.
La literie n’est pas très confortable et il manquerait quelques équipements : un aspirateur et une machine à café plus moderne
