This renovated farmhouse is quietly located in a small hamlet in the countryside, 8 km from the beaches, 15 km from Pornic, and 45 km from Nantes. 1,400 m² enclosed garden with trees.
Bicycles (6 adults and 4 children - €200 deposit), pétanque court, and two swings, including a baby seat, are available.
On one level: living/dining room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (courtyard bedroom: 1 double bed (140x190 cm), garden bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200 cm), children's bedroom (garden bedroom): 1 single bed (90x190 cm) and 1 single bed (120x190 cm), shower room, bathroom with toilet, linen room, and a second separate toilet.
Additional amenities: complete baby equipment, stereo system, Wi-Fi, and tumble dryer.
Included: electric heating and electricity.
Not included: Sheets, towels, firewood, tourist tax, and final cleaning (€150).
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay - End-of-stay cleaning: €161.64 per stay Property managed by a professional.

La literie est de tres bonne qualité.
Le hameau est calme.
Le grand jardin est propice au repos pour les grands ou au jeu pour les enfants.
