Old farmhouse completely renovated with fireplace, exposed beams and half-timbering, facing the Loire and Passeurs de Loire (typical boat trips), with St Benoit-sur-Loire, Germigny and its Carolingian Oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; at the gateway to Sologne and the Loire castles.
Heated swimming pool open from June to September, tennis, tiled courtyard, barbecue.
Comfort guaranteed with heated and cooling floors on both levels.
The cottage benefits from free high-speed WIFI.
On the GROUND FLOOR: Bright living room with bay window opening onto private terrace and shared enclosed garden, large living-dining room with 3.5m oak table, very well-equipped open kitchen, accessible shower room (Italian shower, sink, WC), 1 bedroom with electrically operated beds (2 beds 80X200). Wij hebben van een relaxte vakantie kunnen genieten. In een goed ingericht gezellig vakantieverblijf met rondom een prachtige tuin. Een altijd aanwezige Loire en de daarbij horende rust zorgden voor een ontspannen verblijf. Een zeer attente eigenaar maakte het geheel compleet

Nice an spacious, good clear. Fully equiped with good beds.
Only point of critsm is the missing babychair (simplex one from ikea or super U would do).
The swinmming pool is great!.
Absolute a place to come back to!

Een zeer mooi, ruim verblijf.
De host was zeer vriendelijk en altijd bereikbaar wanneer nodig.
Het zwembad was mooi onderhouden.
Mooie streek om te gaan wandelen (direct aan de rivier La Loire) en te fietsen. Voor andere activiteiten heb je wel de auto nodig.
