Living room (fireplace with free wood) with kitchenette, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm, child's bed). Electric heating included.
Terrace. 600 m² enclosed garden.
Public charging station and electric vehicle rental 2 km away. A 4G dongle is available for Wi-Fi. Small dogs welcome upon request. 5% discount for 2 participants using the ground floor without the upstairs bedrooms. For business guests, linens and cleaning are mandatory.
On the edge of Suisse Normande, at the gates of Clécy and close to the Roche d'Oëtre (rail bike, miniature train, paragliding), this cottage enjoys an ideal location bordered by a long-distance hiking trail.
Numerous walking trails are available in the town.
Located equidistant from Mont St. Michel, the Perche, and the D-Day landing beaches. The price includes: Electricity, but up to a maximum of 50 kWh per day in the middle of winter.
If this is exceeded, a supplement may be requested at the end of the stay.
