On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with a kitchen (hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), a cosy 5.88 m² bedroom and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, a second bedroom of 6.39 m² awaits you, along with a bathroom and a double built-in cupboard.
Outside, there is a lovely terrace with a private, exclusive 80 m² garden, a storeroom, a wooden chalet and a parking space directly in front of the property.
The beach in the immediate vicinity (50 m) is not authorised for swimming, but there is a safe, equipped beach just 1 km away.
Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, so you can leave with peace of mind.

Habitation correcte mais interieur vieillot. Il y a tout le necessaireet Il y a un lave linge. Semaine bien agreable malgré mauvaise surprise de la plage toute proche mais interdite a la baignade.

La description du logement indiquait plage à 50 m or il est interdit de se baigner sur cette plage……..
