Cosy, bonne isolation sonore, super localisation au calme et proche du centre. En extra, la luge dans la cave :-).
manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (e.g. couteaux de cuisine, grande casserole, produits d’entretiens…), manque de prises dans les chambres, une télévision à bras télescopique aurait été bienvenue vu où elle est accrochée.
Très bon emplacement, agréable, bien équipé. Mais mauvaise literie.
