This holiday cottage for 6 people is located on the banks of the Sèvre River, adjoining two other cottages.
On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace and a double sofa bed (140cm).
A half-level up, there is a storage/laundry area (with a washing machine).
The upper floor has two bedrooms (one with a double bed (140cm) and one with a queen-size bed (160cm)), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Exposed wooden beams, a reminder of the original building, run through the hallway and bedrooms at mid-height.
A private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue) is available, as well as access to a shared garden.
You will have a private parking space in front of the house, and there is a public car park 200m away.
Three cottages on the property: H85G019982, H85G019983, H85G019984.
Access to the Le Coteau gîte (H85G019983) is possible via a connecting door.
The first fire is provided free of charge.
Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €70/stay; Bed linen rental (2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
Additional charges: Tourist tax; Electric heating: €10/night.

Un petit paradis bucolique, qui permet de se reposer et de profiter pleinement de la nature.

La maison est située dans un hameau dit "Le Domaine", au bout d'un chemin certes étroit, mais très charmant ! Nous avons pu stationner notre voiture devant la maison, sur un emplacement dédié. Benoît, notre hôte, est très accueillant et ses explications claires.
La déco de la maison (œuvre de Beno...
Nous avons passé un séjour médiocre dans cet appartement=vacances gâchées.
