Studio très bien situé au centre de Banyul, et surtout de la plage (3mm à pied), très bien équipé avec une terrasse spacieuse et dominante sur le port et la plage.

A refaire si le proprio installe cette fameuse tendue L emplacement etait super . Il manque une tendue pour preserver du soleil qui est tres actif du matin au soir . 2 OU 3 petites choses tel que fer a repasser ,verres pour apero . Autrement tres bien

Juste un peu gênés par le bruit des travaux sur le port.
