La localisation, tout proche de la Favière.
La vue sur une partie du port, incroyable.
Le fait qu'il y ai des jouets pour enfant dans le placard (pour la plage, un ballon).
La fonctionnalité (plaque, micro onde, machine à laver, lave vaisselle).
Nous avons laissé d'autres jouets en plus pour enfant ...
