Ten minutes from Moulins, this large, self-contained apartment-style gîte is located on the first floor of the outbuildings of Avrilly Castle.
Functioning like a detached house, with its own entrance and private outdoor space, and situated at one of the entrances to the castle's large, wooded park, the spacious gîte has been completely renovated. It comprises four bedrooms. Ground floor: entrance hall, toilet; first half-level: one bedroom (one queen-size bed), shower room, accessed via three steps (private shower/toilet). First floor: open-plan kitchen, living room (with a double sofa bed), one bedroom (two single beds), one bedroom (one double bed; possibility of adding a third bed or two single beds), one bedroom (two single bunk beds), bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Electric heating. Outdoor area with garden furniture.
Villeneuve-sur-Allier 3km. Are you in a larger group? A second cottage for 6 people, a third for 4 people, and a fourth for 2 or 3 people are available on site. BUSINESS TRAVELERS WELCOME.
Negotiable rates for longer stays. Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on site at the end of your stay. Tout était ok et répondait à nos attentes
Logement très spacieux et agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Nous étions 6 mais c est parfait pour 8 personnes.

L'hôte très sympathique et le logement parfait pour se retrouver en famille avec une grande table et 2 salles de bains
L'hôte nous a mis à disposition salon de jardin et barbecue si l'envie nous prenait. Simple et efficace Merci encore
Possibilité de visiter le parc du château en s'organisant avec les propriétaires, très sympa

Gîte très spacieux et calme, avec une grande chambre et sa salle de bain au calme par rapport au reste de l'appartement. Super avec des petits enfants. Grand espace à l'extérieur dans la cour pour se dépenser...
