In this fully renovated family home, now a comfortable 4-star gîte, enjoy a stay combining relaxation, nature, mountain activities, and a gentle pace of life.
The accommodation sleeps up to 14 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Located in a sought-after area of the Vosges Mountains, just a short walk from the center of Ventron, the gîte benefits from easy access, ample private parking, and immediate proximity to village amenities: ski and regional product rentals, the Kos Lounge Bar, and the Beaucerf area, a favorite for hiking and outdoor activities.
In winter, you can quickly reach the slopes of La Bresse-Hohneck, Schnepfenried, or Bussang-Larcenaire.
In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start just minutes away: Grand Ventron, Rouge Gazon, Col d’Oderen, mountain lakes… The gîte offers two spacious wooden terraces, one on the ground floor and one on the garden level, facing south with unobstructed views of the Vosges countryside.
They are equipped with a large table and chairs for 14 people, a barbecue, and a gas griddle: perfect for enjoying the mountain climate in every season. The warm and modern interior has been designed to offer everyone their own living space.
All bedrooms have a desk and a high-speed fiber optic internet connection, ideal for working remotely in peace and quiet in the Vosges.
After a day on the ridges, at Lac des Corbeaux, or at the Théâtre du Peuple in Bussang, relax in the wellness room with a sauna – a truly relaxing escape. The accommodation, with a living area of 150 m² and a sauna, is comprised as follows: Ground Floor: A spacious 40 m² living room including: - A lounge area with a large, comfortable sofa and a large-screen TV (digital terrestrial and satellite) - A wood-burning stove - A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, 14-place dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave, large electric hob, and numerous small appliances (12-cup coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso machine, large raclette grill, waffle iron, crepe maker, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, blender, etc.)) - A 35 m² terrace - A bedroom: adapted for people with reduced mobility, with a 160x200 cm bed, a desk with fiber optic internet connection, and a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves - A bathroom with Walk-in shower, sink, storage, heated towel rail, hairdryer, toilet, which is also accessible for people with reduced mobility. - A separate toilet with a hand basin. 1st Floor: Three Bedrooms: each equipped with two single beds (80x200cm), which can be separated, a wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, a desk with fiber optic internet connection, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer, and toilet. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. - A lounge area (or adult lounge) with: sofa, smart TV, DVD player, books, and board games. - A separate toilet with a hand basin. 2nd Floor: The duplex dormitory with a chalet-style lounge: equipped with six single beds (90x190cm), power outlets, and individual reading lights. Perfect Schitterende locatie, Verblijf nieuw, uitstekend voor een groep van 14 fietsers, veel faciliteiten (douches, toiletten...), uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten, BBQ, garage voor fietsenstalling, zelfs sauna !
