Appartement très bien situé et calme. Idéal pour un couple. Très belle vue sur le port et le pont. Balcon abrité et place de parking sécurisé derrière l'immeuble. Commerces et restaurants à proximité.
Seul petit bémol : la salle de bains, et notamment la douche, est très exiguë.
