Located in the hills above Saulxures-sur-Moselotte, at an altitude of approximately 800 meters, this gîte welcomes you to the heart of the mountains, in a pristine natural environment.
Here, peace, space, and relaxation await, amidst the typical landscapes of the High Vosges. From the gîte, you have direct access to hiking trails and mountain biking circuits, allowing you to explore forests, ridges, and panoramic views without needing a car. It's an ideal location for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just a few minutes away, the Lac de la Moselotte leisure center offers swimming, water sports, family activities, and relaxation areas.
Mountain enthusiasts can also quickly reach ski resorts such as La Bresse-Hohneck or La Bresse Lispach for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The area offers numerous opportunities for exploration, including the must-see attractions of the Vosges Mountains: the Route des Crêtes (Crest Road) for its panoramic mountain views, Lake Gérardmer, and Lake Longemer for water sports and hiking. This 80m² cottage, located in a renovated part of a farmhouse, comprises: Ground floor: - Living area including: - Open-plan fitted kitchen - Dining area - Living room with wood-burning stove (wood provided in winter) - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - One bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed - One bedroom with three 90x190 cm beds Outside: - Terrace - Garden Amenities: - Utilities included up to 30 kWh/day. - Bed linen provided Additional information: Access via a mountain road (snow tires or chains required in winter) Shops and doctor approximately 4.5 km away You will be welcomed to the cottage by the owners.
Access is via a small mountain road of approximately 4 km. In case of snow, appropriate equipment for your car is required.
Electricity charges beyond 30 kWh/day: €0.15 per kWh. Firewood available in winter. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Napkins : 5.32 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

At Saulxures sur Moselotte, head towards Centre.
After the town hall, turn left opposite the pharmacy towards Col de Lauvy.
At the 1st crossroads, turn left onto rue Maurice Barès and at the second crossroads, turn right onto the Envers du Rupt de Bâmont road, still in the direction of the Col de Lauvy.
Go 4 km uphill, the gîte is on your right, above the road.
