Comfortable one-bedroom apartment (F2) on the 1st floor.
It features a furnished main room, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, microwave, living/dining room, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom with shower.
Underground parking and a terrace with table and chairs are included. Pets are not allowed.
No internet access. *Swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September.
All decisions regarding the swimming pool are made by the condominium association.
Therefore, no discount will be given if the pool is closed to the public.
Neither the agency nor the owner can be held responsible. * Bed linen and towels are not provided (this service is available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed. Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning for a 2-room apartment: €55. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

L'équipe de Foncia qui gère le logement est très professionnelle et agréable. Le logement est loin du centre ville et des thermes (30 minutes à pied),il vaut mieux avoir une voiture. Le cadre est agréable mais la propreté est douteuse,les rideaux,portes et fenêtres nécessitent un nettoyage approfondi.Le logement est bien équipé.

"Appartement agréable au calme box en sous sol Appartement spacieux et agréablement situé. Par contre nous le savions à l’avance pas de wifi….mais dans l’appart ne passe que la H voir H+ au mieux avec nos téléphone s23 et iPhone 14 là c’est la galère de nos jours… Une box serai vraiment indispensable… Parking en sous sol très bien lors des grosses chaleurs ."
