Living room with open-plan kitchen - TV - Sofa bed - Equipped kitchen (appliances and crockery for 3 people) - Bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) - Shower room (washing machine and dryer) - Separate WC - Terrace - No internet access - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking outside only - Underground parking space
No connection for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory carried out with the agency, with the security deposit returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit cancelled or returned upon receipt of the keys. *Swimming pool open in July and August only.

Therefore, no refund will be given if the swimming pool is closed to the public.

Appartement spacieux et agréablement situé.
Par contre nous le savions à l’avance pas de wifi….mais dans l’appart ne passe que la H voir H+ au mieux avec nos téléphone s23 et iPhone 14
là c’est la galère de nos jours…
Une box serai vraiment indispensable…
Parking en sous sol très bien lors des grosses chaleurs .
Pas de wifi ni réseaux portable
