In L'Aiguillon, opposite Arcachon's marina and just steps from the beach, local shops, and bike paths, this pleasant 35m² one-bedroom apartment with a sleeping alcove is fully furnished and equipped.
It offers a magnificent view of the bay, a balcony, and secure private parking.
During the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bike room.
The apartment includes: - an entrance hall with storage - a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette opening onto a balcony (furniture) and a sleeping area (new 120 x 190 cm sofa bed) - a bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed/storage) - a bathroom with toilet.
Ideal for a couple.
Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency: 1 set (140cm bed, sheets + towels) = €42.
Optional cleaning fee = €60.
During the winter period (from mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent with a flat rate of €10/day.

La note globale est de 10 sur 10 pour avoir un peu plus il suffirait juste de changer l'éclairage de la salle de bain qui est vraiment un peu faible et mettre un escabeau pour les personnes de taille moyenne car les placards sont vraiment très hauts
La vue sur le port est exceptionnelle l'emplacemen...
