Small, well-located cottage near the Loire Valley and Sologne, on the Loire Valley Châteaux Route. Come and spend a few days in this cottage for 4 people, ideally located between the Loire Valley and its châteaux and the Sologne region. It adjoins another apartment and another cottage and shares a common courtyard. It has a small private terrace at the back of the house.

On the ground floor, there is a dining room with a kitchenette, a living room opening onto the terrace with a sofa bed for two people (€5/day per additional person). Upstairs (attic): a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.

Rates include utilities, electricity and heating, linens are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. An end-of-stay cleaning service is available.

Private parking is available in front of the cottage.

Pets are welcome for a €50 pet fee per stay.
