"My country house" is located very close to Lake Lavalette and the longest Himalayan footbridge in France.
Between valleys, hidden streams, small villages, hiking trails, it's all there! All shops, services, and markets on Thursday mornings are located in Yssingeaux (7 minutes).
This stone cottage is located in a hamlet of five houses.
You'll find peace and quiet, unspoiled nature, and birdsong as your wake-up call.
Designed and rebuilt to create holiday memories, it perfectly fulfills its purpose! You won't be able to resist the warm atmosphere that emanates from this living room, with its bay windows offering views of nature and its charming wood-burning stove.
The bedrooms, with their varied layout, are well suited to gatherings.
You'll love the perfectly exposed terrace, the surrounding grounds, and the tranquility of the setting.
And if you're still unsure, any activity or leisure activity is possible on foot, by bike, or by car from Le Villaret.
This cottage is a memory-making machine! The ground floor consists of a living room opening onto the terrace, a double bedroom with a shower room, a toilet, and a pantry.
Upstairs, a lounge area with a TV leads to the three bedrooms (one with three single beds, the other with two single beds, and the last with a double bed, as well as an alcove with a bunk bed), the shower room, and a toilet.
Outside, you have a secure 50m² annex for your bicycles or other equipment.
Services included: electricity and aerothermal heating, internet access.
Wood Cleaning fee: €100 Single bed linen: €11 Double bed linen: €13 Towels: €6 Pet supplement: €5 per night per pet Confirm arrival time with the owners.
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival: - Pets: €5.00 per day - Towels: €6.38 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Une maison où il fait bon vivre, faite de différentes pierres. Un accueil chaleureux. Des hôtes à l'écoute, si on a le moindre souci. Un lieu magnifique. Il y a tout pour passer de belles vacances entre amis. La maison est bien située pour passer des vacances au calme tout en étant près des commerces et des lieux à visiter dans cette très belle région qu'est la Haute-Loire. Je la recommande.
