House located in the city center of St. Nazaire, 1.8 km from the seafront and the Escal'Atlantic site.
The gîte is on the first floor of the owners' house (separate entrance - excellent soundproofing). Shared 100 m² south/west-facing terrace (sandbox). Free public parking 100 m away. It comprises a living/dining room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms accessible by one step, each with a private shower room/WC (1: two 80x200 cm beds, 2 and 3: one 160x200 cm bed). Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, high chair/cot. Included: air-source heat pump heating, electricity, bed linen (€7 per single bed; €15 per double bed; beds made upon arrival), and towels (€6 per person). Not included: tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee (€65) for business travelers. Non-smoking property. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 70.04 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Logement situé en centre ville. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Parking à proximité. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Les équipements sont conformes à la description. Nous avions même un petit bébé. En une semaine nous avons pu faire des activités différentes. Saint Nazaire fut une belle découverte même en hiver.

Séjour parfait. L appartement est parfaitement situé, très bien aménagé et joliment decoré.
Nous aurions aimé profité plus de la terrasse qui semble bien agréable par beu temps

Very well appointed and modern. Terrace was a lovely place to relax. Owners lived above and were helpful but not intrusive.
There was a single step up to each bedroom that you had to remember about.
