Near the Eure and the ponds, a completely independent pavilion with a private shaded garden welcomes you in a pretty village south of Chartres.
Fishing, walking, horse riding, cycling and many other activities await you in the surrounding area. Detached house (140 m²), accessible by a few steps, located in a village, comprising: On the ground floor: Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, classic and Senséo coffee maker, toaster etc..... Living room/dining room (29 m²) with TV, telephone and wifi access 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 (cot, high chair and bathtub available) 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90 Bathroom with washing machine, separate WC Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 90 Living room with TV Shower room/WC Enclosed garden (400 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers. Oil heating. Possibility of renting sheets and cleaning package. Pets welcome with supplement (cleaning package required). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Cotton or cotton-polyester sheets, in colors that match, as much as possible, the room's ambiance. : 10.64 € per stay . Gîte idéal pour retrouver les amis. Jardin et terrasse très appréciés ainsi que la table de ping pong.
Proche de Chartres pour sa Cathédrale et ses lumières le soir.
A 2 pas de chemins de randonnées, lacs et nature.

La propreté du logement et sa proximité de notre lieu de travail.
Pour accéder a une des chambre, il fallait prendre une petite échelle, pas très confortable pour des personnes d'un certains age.
