Le Clos du Ravy is a detached cottage located in the charming village of Piriac, in the peaceful setting of a typical village, 800 meters from the sea and 300 meters from a water park.
It features a 250 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers (private parking). Ground floor: living/dining room (with a 140x190 cm sofa bed) and open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC, utility room with shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed, 2: 2 single beds 90x190 cm) and shower room/WC. Amenities included: radio/CD player, DVD player, full baby equipment, internet/Wi-Fi access. Included: electricity. Not included: electric heating (€11 per day mandatory from October 15th to April 30th), bed linen (€10 per person/stay), towels (€10 per person/stay), and tourist tax. Pets: €10 per day (deposit €200). La Baule 15 km. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Animal supplement : 10.0 € per day . Final Cleaning : 96.98 € per stay . Napkins : 10.78 € per person per stay Property managed by a professional.
