Charming 63 m² apartment, fully renovated and located on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
For your comfort, beds are made upon arrival, and towels and linens are included in the price.
Entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (pod coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher), living room (decorative marble fireplace, three-seater sofa and two armchairs, television), one bedroom (queen-size bed with dressing area) and one bedroom (two single beds), shower room, and separate WC.
The original parquet floors have been preserved in the three main rooms.

This charming and very comfortable apartment is ideally located in the heart of the horse town, a 15-minute walk from the SNCF train station (25 minutes from Gare du Nord in Paris). In a 1900 building facing south, you'll enjoy a direct view of the Chantilly racecourse and can explore the château, the Condé Museum, the largest stables in Europe, and attend various major races and prizes (Prix de Diane, Prix du Jockey Club, Longines Global Champions Tour, etc.). The entire town of Chantilly is within walking distance (main streets and shops). A 10-minute walk is required to reach the château. English spoken. The owners will welcome you at the gîte address: 8 rue d'Aumale - Chantilly 60500 Amenities include: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Bathroom, Garage, TV, Apartment, Linens provided, Wi-Fi, Household linens provided.
