Appartement conforme à la description et très bien situé (150 m du champ de neige (par un escalier)). Immeuble/appartement des années 70, nécessiterait un "bon" refresh pour le remettre au gout du jour.
Attention pas de casier à skis en bas de l'immeuble mais ascenseur pour monter aux étages avec son matériel.
