This large, characterful family villa is located in a small village just 5 minutes from the center of Briançon.
In addition to its 1400m² grounds, covered parking, and ample parking spaces right outside the house, this villa is spread over three levels.
On the ground floor, there is a laundry room and a garage for storing skis, sleds, or bicycles.
On the first floor: A bar overlooks the living room with a fireplace, and there is an open-plan kitchen leading to the dining room, which opens onto a lovely terrace, the garden, and a barbecue area.
There is also a bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor: A mezzanine with a sofa bed and TV, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140x190cm), a third bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Falta de neteja a la cuina especialment el forn. El qual hem netejat nosaltres.

Riscaldamento un po’ macchinoso, i fornelli a gas sono vecchi e non sicurissimi.
Casa molto grande ed accogliente, camino, tantissime camere e spazio per cucinare e rilassarsi. Vicino alla cabinovia e al centro città.
Parcheggio comodo davanti alla casa.
