Spacious living/dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with a single bed and 2 children's beds, 1 bathroom and toilet, 1 veranda.
Terrace with garden furniture.
At the foot of the mountains, 30 minutes from the ocean, all shops nearby.
INTERNET ACCESS - ENCLOSED GARDEN - PETS ALLOWED Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a pre-inspection will be carried out by the agency the day before their departure.
This inspection will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the event of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - House Cleaning C516/C608: €77 - Bed linen (single bed): €15 - Bed linen (double bed): €20 - Towels/person/week: €8 Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme d’Espelette et proche du centre.

Maison idéalement situé à Espelette. Juste a cote de la halle du marché et a proximité de tous les commerces. La maison est dans son jus mais nous y avons passé un tres bon séjour. Malgres les fortes chaleur la maison reste fraiche. Je recommande.
