Located 30 km from Nantes and 2 km from the Nantes-Brest Canal, this peaceful, detached former barn, renovated in 2015, combines modern comfort with authentic charm.
Large south-facing terrace with awning and a private, enclosed 1800 m² garden with swing set, badminton, and pétanque court, set within a 1-hectare park with a private 2500 m² pond (fishing permitted).
Wooden garden shed.
Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with pool table, separate fitted kitchen, one accessible bedroom (160x200 cm bed) with en-suite shower room/WC, and a separate WC.
First floor: mezzanine with children's play area, two bedrooms (five 90x200 cm beds), bathroom, and separate WC.
Amenities included: tumble dryer, Wi-Fi, stereo system, and a baby cot and high chair upon request.
Not included: electric heating (€7/day - from the beginning of November to the end of March), electricity, bed linen, towels, tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€90).
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival: - End-of-stay cleaning: €86.21 per stay - Towels: €5.39 per person per stay Property managed by a professional.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche etwas ländlich gelegen und dennoch nur 5 Minuten von Nort sur Erdre entfernt dieses wunderbare Kleinod. Ruhig, sehr familienfreundlich mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Danke auch an die herzliche Vermieterin. Wo kann man heutzutage im Schlafanzug och Angeln gehen am eigenen Teich. Mach weiter so.
Très bonne semaine en famille. Tout était parfait. Le logement est très bien aménagé et rien ne manque.
