All decisions concerning the swimming pool are made by the condominium association.

The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure.

This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.

In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
