The kitchen, equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher, opens onto the main living area, which includes a table, chairs, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a queen-size bed.
There is also a storage cupboard in the entrance.

Excellent La configuration de l',appartement et son excellent emplacement à proximité des établissement de soins, du parc de l',Usclade, des commerces restaurants et marchés. Une place de parking disponible au pied du petit immeuble.
