Ground floor: open-plan kitchen/dining room with pellet stove and lounge area, TV lounge, laundry room, shower room and WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed / 1 double bed / 3 single beds) - 1 master suite (1 queen bed) with private bathroom - shower room - WC. 2nd floor: one bedroom with 3 single beds.
In the heart of a quiet hamlet, with views of the Forez plain and the Alps, discover this old stone farmhouse, tastefully renovated with comfort and retaining its original charm.
The house offers quality amenities, spacious rooms, a warm atmosphere and personalized décor. You will enjoy a 100m² enclosed and paved courtyard facing east and a landscaped garden.
For your convenience, utilities are included in the rental price.
Rental available for up to 7 people only at cottage 1195. The price includes: - Utilities (heating, electricity, gas, and water) Please note that excessive consumption may incur an additional charge. The price does not include: - Bed linen and towels - Tourist tax - Cleaning fee Enclosed grounds, Semi-detached house, Television, Internet access, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Freezer, Stove, Barbecue/Griddle, Baby equipment, Wi-Fi, Terrace, Garden, Table tennis, House, Petanque court, Private entrance, Linens.
