It consists on the ground floor, of a living room with access to the balcony with panoramic view, an American kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker.., a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, a first bedroom with bunk beds.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 double sofa beds or 4 beds, a second bedroom with double bed and the third with a double bed + bunk beds, a bathroom and separate toilet.
Free parking near the residence.
Possibility to park in front of the entrance to unload.
Free WIFI available.
From the apartment, access to the Serre Chevalier ski area is a 20-minute walk away.
Its privileged location makes it ideal for walks in both winter and summer.

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni nella prima settimana di gennaio. Alloggi molto bello e confortevole. Si trova sopra Briancon a 10 minuti a piedi dalle piste da sci e all’impianto di risalita.
