Les + : idealement situé, bien équipé, fonctionnel, accès par le petit jardin, au calme, soleil jusqu'au soir.
Les - : mériterait un gros nettoyage à fond car cracra dans les coins, sous les meubles, coussins poussiéreux, cuvette des toilettes encrassée, poussière sur les meubles et déco... Ventilation très bruyante et sans arrêt possible.
