This cottage with its large living rooms, its vast garden (semi-enclosed) and its games room upstairs (table football, punching bag, multi-game table, ...) will allow you to spend a friendly stay.
To complete, many musical instruments to liven up your evenings.
Equidistant from Rennes and Angers (1 hour), its location will allow you to visit Brittany and Anjou.
Nearby activities: river fishing 300m from the cottage (FFP fishing license).
Rincerie nautical base 6 km away (windsurfing, canoeing, mini golf, hiking, mountain biking) As well as the St-Aubin-de-Pouancé nautical base with inflatable nautical activities (Natur'O Loisirs).
While you are in the countryside, you can enjoy the store at the Farm run by the owners: your meals from aperitif to coffee will be provided, local and artisanal products.
To relax outside: Barbecue, sunbathing, electric awning.
Children's games (swing, slide, football goal, ping pong table), parking and private garden, courtyard.
Family or friends parties allowed provided that the premises are respected.

Un bel espace cuisine/pièce de vie des chambres spacieuse et une salle de jeux bien fournie. Idéal pour des moments en famille ou entre amis. Une terrasse et de grands espaces verts appréciable quand il faut beau. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end familial.

We stayed in this house and although it was nice we couldn’t sit outside very much because of a massive influx of wasps for the whole 2 weeks which was a shame as it was hot, we have stopped at other places that are next to farms etc. but on this occasion they were doing a massive building project a...
