In La Tranche sur Mer, ideally located in a dead end 200m from the town centre and 350m from the main beach, pleasant house completely renovated, comprising a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room.
Two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 0.80cm beds (new bedding). A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Outside, enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, terrace furniture and parasol.
At the back of the house, garage dimensions: Door width 2.30 m. height 2.40 m. depth 7.90 m. obligation to bring the car in. EQUIPMENT: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric plancha. End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Option: End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: €70. Linen is not provided.
Pets not allowed. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.

De ligging is werkelijk geweldig! 2 minuten naar stand en centrum.
Het huisjes zelf is ook heel fijn. Klein en basic maar van alles voorzien.
Er waren een paar dingen kapot. Gemeld maar was bekend. Dan denk ik. Vervang het dan.
Schoonmaak bij aankomst kan beter ( maar dat is vaak bij huurhuisjes)
Neemt niet weg dat we een heerlijk verblijf gehad hebben

Maison bien aménagée mais elle manque un peu de décoration chaleureuse intérieure et extérieure.
Quelques touches végétales seraient un plus.
La cuisine est super, la salle de bain aussi, les chambres bien.
Dans le salon, les fauteuils sont agréables mais le canapé n est pas confortable.
