In La Tranche sur Mer, ideally located in a dead end 200m from the town centre and 350m from the main beach, pleasant house completely renovated, comprising a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room.
Two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 0.80cm beds (new bedding).
A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Outside, enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, terrace furniture and parasol.
At the back of the house, garage dimensions: Door width 2.30 m. height 2.40 m. depth 7.90 m. obligation to bring the car in.
EQUIPMENT: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric plancha.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: €70.
Linen is not provided.
Pets not allowed.
Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.
Holiday vouchers accepted.
Electricity consumption extra out of season Pets are not accepted Property managed by a professional.

Maison bien aménagée mais elle manque un peu de décoration chaleureuse intérieure et extérieure.
Quelques touches végétales seraient un plus.
La cuisine est super, la salle de bain aussi, les chambres bien.
Dans le salon, les fauteuils sont agréables mais le canapé n est pas confortable.

marquage de la marche autour de la barrière manquant pour ne pas trébucher, accès au garage parfois difficile à cause des travaux en face.
très bien placé près des commerces et de la plage, petite maison très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée
