la propreté faite en surface mais je suis peut être un peu maniaque !!
la moquette dans les chambres qui est un peu fatiguée ainsi que les plaques chauffantes
la gentillesse de la personne de l'agence ou je suis allée récupérer les clés
la propreté et la sécurité de la résidence , la chance d'avoi...
