This delightful village is renowned for its Vauban fortifications and unique character. The studio offers direct access to restaurants and shops while providing a peaceful retreat overlooking a quiet courtyard when the windows are opened. Cleaning included.
Key handover and return are exclusively handled in La Rochelle (Minimes district). La wifi internet, les draps et le linge de toilette ne sont pas inclus dans la location.

Concernant les animaux de compagnie, pour les logements qui les acceptent (voir descriptif ou en faire la demande au gestionnaire), un supplément de 39€/animal sera à régler en sus à l'arrivée. Je liep zo vanuit huis het stadje in.
Slaapbank was niet comfortabel. Sleutel ophalen in La Roche was niet praktisch. Ik zag ook een foncia vestiging op 100 meter van het appartement. Is dat een optie

Le studio correspond au photo mais est abîmée en plusieurs points, certains meubles, canapés, mur de la cuisine sont en mauvais état, le reste tout va bien

Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte. Certains équipements hors d'usage voir à changer ( 1 chaise, couvercle poubelle, meuble cassé, fauteuil troué, lit banquette pas très confortable et porte d'entrée pas étanche qui laisse rentrer l'air froid.
