This apartment 2 rooms + sleeping area of almost 44m² , sea view, for 3 persons is located on the 5th floor (with elevator until 4th), door 42 of the residence "La Plage" in the immediate vicinity shops and city center.
It includes :
- entry,
- living room with sofa and TV,
- equipped kitchen (fridge, cooking plate, dish washer, oven, micro wave),
- bedroom with one bed of 90cm large,
- bedroom with 2 beds of 90cm large,
- bathroom,
- toilets separated.
No parking.
Small balcony exposed south with garden fourniture. Animal allowed with extra charge (5€/days). Renovation work planned from September 2026 until February 2027 (subject to weather conditions). Electric and water usage in extra charge (50€/week) excepted from the 23th of May to 26th of September 2026. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 88€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
