Was noisy outside on a few nights, due to being near to the nightclub. Could have been cleaner. The cinema room is a little stuffy as a bedroom. Would benefit from a vent.
The location is great, right on the slope, with an almost private entrance. The space is quite large. Comfy sofa. Great sauna. Quite well equipped.
