Renovated old house located on a property that includes the owner's accommodation and two other gîtes, 300m from the village center, for 2 people.
Shared access to the accommodation with private parking.
Ground floor: kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed and TV), a shower room with heated towel rail/WC. You can enjoy a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other guests (swing, trampoline, pétanque court, sun loungers). Clemenceau beach is 1.3km away.
In summer, the shops in the village center are open (mini-market, bakery, butcher, etc.) and are located 250m from the house (open mornings from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2km away.
Heating, bed linen, and towels are included. Extra charge: Cleaning fee: €30/stay. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 31.91 € per stay Property managed by a professional.

Très bon séjour et bon accueil de nos hôtes. Le logement est bien équipé et la terrasse est agréable. Super bien placé aussi, proche des commerces et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous avons pu venir avec nos deux chiens et ça c’est un gros plus. Merci pour l’accueil.
