Spacious, fully renovated, and detached cottage for 6 people with a private enclosed garden.
Located in the village of Loury, it sits on the grounds of a beautiful house and a family-run hazelnut farm, offering a warm, wooded, and peaceful setting. Just 1.5 hours from Paris and 15 km from Orléans, you can enjoy the Orléans Forest and its many hiking trails, the Loire à Vélo cycling route, and, above all, its majestic castles.
On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living area (refrigerator/freezer, 3-zone induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Bosch Tassimo pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, electric mixer, electric griddle, etc.) - Large, bright living room with dining area (sofa, 4 armchairs, coffee table, TV, dining table and 6 chairs) On the first floor: - Bedroom 1 with a 160x200 cm bed, - Bedroom 2 with a 160x200 cm bed, - Bedroom 3 with two 80x200 cm twin beds (which can be joined to make a 160x200 cm double bed), - Separate shower room (shower, sink, mirror, heated towel rail, hairdryer), - Separate WC. Exterior: - You can park several vehicles in front of the cottage. - A private, enclosed garden at the rear: outdoor tables and chairs under a pergola, sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, and a pétanque/molky area (games provided). Cottage Capacity: The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with the possibility of adding one baby. Accessibility: There are 3 steps to climb to reach the front door, and 3 steps between the kitchen and the living room. A beautiful spiral staircase in the turret leads to the first floor. [i] Included Utilities: - Water, electricity, bed linen (beds made upon arrival), and towels are provided. - End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional €55. All shops are nearby. [Another 8-person cottage is located on the "La Roncière" property.] However, each cottage has its own private entrance and outdoor space.
Accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Az alsó szinten nincs WC, a csigalépcsön a felső szintre kellett felmenni. 6 személy számára kevés az egy WC.

Super maison au calme (très calme) .tout est bien pensé manque rien. Bien situé pour de belle ballades aussi autour de la maison . Une trentaine de kilomètres pour ce promener à Orléans sans oublierez la Loire. Hôtes sympas.
