Renovated, detached period house located in the heart of the countryside, on a working cattle farm.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen/dining room (fireplace with insert between the living and dining areas), laundry room, 1 bedroom (1 queen bed) (1 double bed), shower room and toilet accessible to people with disabilities. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed) (1 queen bed that can be separated) (3 single beds), shower room, toilet.
Wi-Fi. Landscaped grounds of 2000 m², terrace (garden furniture, griddle and barbecue), trampoline.
Bed linen provided.
The owner provides firewood free of charge. Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €80/stay; Towels not provided. Additional charges: Electric heating: meter reading (8 kWh per day deducted for standard consumption). Tourist tax. Heating information for businesses: advance payment for heating required for businesses: €80 per week.

Lieu calme et isolé à seulement 5 min de La Roche sur Yon. Parfait pour que les enfants puissent se défouler sans déranger les voisins.
Emplacement idéal, à la sortie de le 2x2.
Propriétaires très gentils et accessibles. Il y a de nombreuses cartes et idées de sortie à proximité.
