Charming 300 m² semi-enclosed garden (south-facing) with a zip line.
Bicycle storage.
Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove) opening onto a fitted kitchen, dining room (2 steps) and shower room/WC (1 step).
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: double bed 140x190 cm, 2: 3 single beds 90x190 cm, including 2 bunk beds, 3: 2 single beds 80x190 cm that can be joined together) and bathroom/WC.
Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, TV with Canal+ access, DVD player, full baby equipment, and shared washing machine available on request.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, firewood, bed linen, towels, and tourist tax.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€140).
Children's playground 200m away with table tennis, football, and pétanque.
Rentals are Friday to Friday in July and August.

Il faut bien penser à prendre un peu de papier WC en plus et quelques serviettes supplémentaires si vous êtes nombreux.
Très beau et confortable. Le jardin est agréable. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires.
C’est situe tout près des mares salants et pas très loin en voiture de la mer.
Bien conseillé par notre hôte. On n’a jamais mangé sur place sauf petit déjeuner.

La maison n’est pas vraiment adaptée pour pour des personnes âgées, handicapées. Trop de marches., des décrochements de niveaux pas prévisibles.
