Entrance - Living room open to a fully equipped kitchen (appliances and crockery for 4 people) - Sofa bed + reclining sofa - TV - Bedroom with two electric single beds (80 x 200 cm) - Bathroom - Separate WC - Terrace - WIFI - Pets NOT allowed - Smoking on the terrace - Parking space No charging point for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in any appliances in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be cancelled or returned after receipt of the keys.
