Charming cottage in a peaceful, green, and wooded setting (sequoia, oak, black pine), within the grounds of a 19th-century estate (owner's house 100m away). Unfenced garden (1000m²) with a terrace.
Swing set, ping-pong table, sandbox, and pétanque court available.
Walks in the estate's woods. Ground floor: living/dining room with separate fitted kitchen, utility room, separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1st: 1 double bed 160x200cm, 2nd: 1 double bed 140x190cm, 3rd: 2 single beds 90x190cm), shower room/WC. Amenities included: freezer, coffee maker, Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system, baby equipment (high chair, small bathtub, changing mat). Included: firewood, linens (tea towels, tablecloths). Not included: air source heat pump heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, tourist tax (€0.88/person/day). Mandatory cleaning fee for business clients (€70). Pets: €100 deposit. Ideal for exploring the region (close to main roads). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . Final Cleaning : 75.43 € per stay . Nous avions un mariage au Domaine de l’Avenue juste à côté et le gîte était parfait pour nos attente. À 3 minutes en voiture du lieu du mariage c’était idéal ! Idéal pour 3 couples. Merci encore pour l’accueil !
