You're also just 3km from the town center of Parentis-en-Born with its restaurants and market, and 17km from Biscarrosse Plage for surfing lessons.
Ideal for a weekend getaway or longer with family or friends.
This apartment includes an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a TV area (with free basic Wi-Fi) and a sofa bed (140cm) providing two sleeping spaces.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining table for four.
There is a shower room, a separate WC for added convenience, a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a loggia with garden furniture for enjoying meals and sunny days.
Private parking is available within the residence.
You can park your car and, if you wish, walk to the lake to relax, go paddleboarding, enjoy the water park, or admire the sunset.
You can also cycle to the town center to do your shopping or have a coffee on a terrace.
A sunny holiday awaits! End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Très bon accueil de la conciergerie et bon suivi. Ce logement, dans une résidence sécurisée, est bien situé au milieu des pins, proche du lac de Parentis. La possibilité de se garer à proximité de l'appartement est un plus. logement bien agencé et plutôt bien équipé.

Je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles car le ménage était un peu approximatif par endroit et quelques petits soucis dans les équipements. Tout à été signalés donc j'aime à croire que cela sera rapidement réglé pour les prochains voyageurs. Ainsi je maintient 4 étoiles car le logement est agréable, l'environnement est paisible. Piscine, lac juste à côté. Nous avons passé une belle semaine.

1 télé 1 peu plus grande serait appréciée pour ce logement
Surtout à la Période de Novembre où la piscine interieure des cottages etait fermée à cette période ainsi que le sauna et tous les services du site.
