Garage not included in the rental. No plug-in for hybrid or electric vehicles – Do not plug in any appliances in the accommodation – SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (please request them when booking) – Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (unless an additional fee applies) – Check-out inventory will be carried out with the agency, and the security deposit will be returned if everything is in order – If departing on a Sunday, public holiday, or before 8:30 am, a preliminary inventory will be carried out – Security deposit will be canceled or returned after receipt of the keys. Maison fonctionnelle avec des espaces de vie tout à fait corrects.
Une personne au niveau de l'agence Orpi, toujours à l'écoute et accessible facilement par téléphone.
Une porte d'entrée loin d'être étanche, un chauffage impossible à régler, tant chauffage central que sèche serviette dans la salle de bain.
Beaucoup d’humidité dans la salle de bain de la chambre

Accueil sympatrique, maison ayant vécu mais tout à fait fonctionnelle, à part le chauffage, central et sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, impossible à régler. Heureusement le temps était plus que clément, car les radiateurs n’ont jamais chauffés. Pas d'accès au compteur, ni aux fusibles en cas d...
