Located at the entrance to Banyuls-sur-Mer in a quiet residence close to the beach, this apartment is the perfect place for a successful family vacation! Equipped for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, it comprises a living room opening onto a first terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker), two bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with toilet.
Situated near Elmes beach, which you can admire from the terraces, you can easily walk there.
The two terraces also offer the opportunity to enjoy breakfast practically with your feet in the water.

Appartement fidèle à la description de l’annonce, très propre, superbe vue sur la mer., il manque juste dans la résidence un emplacement de stationnement pour la voiture, mais juste en bas il y a un parking payant ( à voir au moment des grandes vacances si il est pas trop plein).
