Located at the entrance to Banyuls-sur-Mer in a quiet residence close to the beach, this apartment is the perfect place for a successful family vacation!
Equipped for 4 people and fully air-conditioned, it comprises a living room opening onto a first terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker), two bedrooms, one with access to the terrace, and a bathroom with toilet.
Situated near Elmes beach, which you can admire from the terraces, you can easily walk there.
The two terraces also offer the opportunity to enjoy breakfast practically with your feet in the water.

We ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes washed, floors clean, trash emptied, etc.) to ensure the best possible experience for the next guests.
If the cleaning is not done properly, a "double cleaning" fee of €220 may be deducted from your security deposit.

L’emplacement pour le véhicule pas de parking et au alentours dur de trouver une place et de plus payant

La vue sur la mer depuis les 2 balcons de l'appartement, appartement avec tout le confort souhaité.
